 Rating:  - Do not botherI ordered this DVD twice and it didn't work. I finally ordered one directly from Stamina, and guess what....that one did not work either! Don't waste your time or money. For $29.00, I expect a top quality DVD, not one that cannot even be played! Rating: - Stamina Pilates Reformer DVD Level 2This is a wonderful dvd. It starts with a great basic warm up and goes into a great workout. It does freeze the frame briefly to explain moves on occassion, but this does not interfere with your workout - the count continues and jumps right into the next exercise. I like that. It is a strong workout and takes your reformer up a notch. Rating:  - My second DVD by StaminaI have the Pro XP Stamina reformer but this works well with any reformer. I love Marjolein B. She is a wonderful instructor & explains things in a simple manner. I have levels 1,2,3, box & pole, circle, cardio reformer DVD's. She is so calming and inspirational on all. I have not tried level 3 yet but am sure I will be pleased and challenged. Rating: - Awesome workout!I have the whole Stamina series and this DVD is my favorite. It is not for wimps! Once mastered, you can tweak the routine to match your level by increasing reps, adding the box and pole, magic circle, etc. I return to this one again and again. Just watching Marjorie is an inspiration. I recommend this to anyone looking to increase strength and muscle tone. Rating: - Pilates Level 2 dvdI cannot see how the this DVD could have been made any clearer. The moves are all listed in the beginning of the tape with what each exercise is called. The way each move is done is shown very clearly as well as the "how and purpose" of each excercise is explained. The machine used in the DVD is the Aero but was easily applied to my Premier XP machine. It is most helpful if a computer or television with a DVD player is in the same room as the machine.
