The music is soothing and the stretching takes away that morning stiffness. By the time the tape is over 15 minutes later, I feel calm and limber. And, my coffee is just finishing. I also use it sometimes in the evening when I get the urge to snack. Popping in this tape gives me 15 minutes to let go of that urge and replace it with a different type of ...
