![]() Rating: - Work Great, Oven SafeThere were a few reviews saying you cannot put them in the oven, but I put them in the oven weekly. They work great for cooling racks and work great for any item you put in the oven that you don't want to waste time turning over half-way through. I put the rack on a cookie sheet and use them to cook fish, chicken nuggets, tater tots, etc. and it cooks on both sides evenly. Rating: - Great Purchase!These are nice. Replaced some older cooling racks with these. The old ones didn't support hot-off-the-baking-sheet cookies because there were few support wires, so the cookies would bend around wires. These Baker's Secret racks have a nice grid work, so they do support items as they cool. Highly recommend these! The grid on these is perfect. It does take some work to clean the rack and pan afterwards. I turn the rack upside down in the pan, add hot water and soap, and let both the pan and the rack soak.
