![]() Rating: - Delicious SaltI learned about this salt while visiting Arcachon, France and observing my friend cooking in her kitchen. When I asked about it, her husband conducted a taste test with regular table salt used in the US and Fleur de Sel from Guerande. I much prefer Maldon's, which is hardly gourmet. Rating: - Top Flower, Fleur De SelI use many types of salt in my cooking but it wasn't until I tried this sel du Guerande that I realized I'd been missing the boat. This is simply the best. It has a clean taste of the ocean without the "dirtyness" other salts can impart. Use it as a condiment, sprinkled on after cooking. Browse for similar items by category: |
