Both my pure rubber hoses and my other vinyl hoses kink like mad, but not these NeverKink hoses. The magic is in the mesh construction which prevents kinking. A call to Amazon customer service prior to ordering produced an "I think the color is....." answer. Returned the hose and still looking for similar item in a brown or beige color. Art 12-8-07 Rating: - The best hose we ever bought!Most of our previous hoses split due to being exposed to the hot summer sun all day. This hose is perfect for extreme conditions like this.
