The GPS map on the computer can be a little off (it can show your path as being in a river if you're close to one), but it records the actual path well, with respect to turns, etc. I have seen that some people have troubles getting the HR monitor to work (no HR shows up). Read More Rating: - Tighten the chest strapI got a 301 when they first came out. I've used it for hiking, running and bicycling. Most of the time it works great. The heart rate monitor works for me only if the chest strap is really tight. And you must keep checking it every day. It loosens up constantly.
