Editorial Review: Product Description: This new product has been flying out of our store! It's a microfiber towel that has been designed to lay over your yoga mat to keep you from slipping. It has nubs to give you traction which, used in reverse, stimulate pressure points on hands and feet. Great for travel as well. The perfect gift for you or your yogi friends. 24" x 68" - the size of a standard yoga mat. Available in mat-size (24"x68") for $49.95 or hand-size (17"x24") for $19.95. Average Rating:
![]() Rating: - Great for Bikram, absorbs all sweat!Bought this for doing "hot" yoga, and I love it. Works well for absorbing sweat. Read the other reviews that said that the colors ran, so I bought a white one. If I wear bright colored clothing to class, the colors sweat into the towel! Now it's a light purple/gray color, but the towel still works fine. I might buy a second one because I use it everyday. Can't imagine using it twice in a row without washing. Rating: - This mat has helped me with my new obsession! After being treated for severe post traumatic stress I decided to finally give yoga a try. I was over weight, stressed, and unhappy with my life. I decided to try a yoga studio near my house, they do a hot power yoga... it's very intense. They say you burn between 600 and 800 calories during a class. So I began going everyday... and that was 2 months ago. I have lost 20 pounds, went from not being able to hold a downward dog for more than 10 seconds to going to a 4 hour arm balancing ... It is very soft on the top, and has tons of tiny little rubber-like dots on the bottom, which grip the floor or yoga mat underneath like the toes of a tree frog. I used to slip all over the place on my mat, and I don't move at all on this. Makes for a stellar down dog! Rating: - FINALLYThis is exactly what I wanted! I've had so many slipping problems in my Ashtanga yoga class. Both my hands and feet would slide and it was soooo hard to hold poses. Here is the answer! It works great! I'm very happy. Rating: - no traction for my feet in down dogI was so frustrated with those so called "sticky mats", my hands would slide forward in simple poses like downward facing dog. So I decided to give the $50 skidless yoga towel a try. This worked pretty well for my slipping hands, but i had a new problem. I was unable to get traction for my feet and felt as though they would slip up when in many of the commonly practiced poses in yoga. (downward facing dog, even poses like triangle and extended side angle). I really tried giving this towel ... Read More Browse for similar items by category:
