We'd purchased two half-sheet jelly roll pans directly from Calphalon's outlet store some months back, and paid the same for those two pans as we did for this set through Amazon. These pans are heavy. REALLY heavy. We love that - there's nothing worse than taking a pan out of the oven and having it "flex" and dump food, grease, etc. fall off because the food on it weighs more than the pan can handle. ...
