I now make this all the time at home. Rating: - Easy and Delicious Appetizer!!!I had this at a friend's house and I am hooked. She just poured it over a whole block of cream cheese and served it with crackers. It was sooo good! I couldn't stop eating it. I would have never thought, based on the name of it, that this jam would be so delicious but IT IS! I will be buying this again and again. Rating: - Add to a marinadeI added a couple of tablespoons of this jam to a marinade for grilled beef steaks along with soy sauce, balsamico, dried mustard, minced garlic and fresh rosemary. The sweetness of the red peppers married with the smokey tang of the ancho chilis made this a true delight. I have always bought this at the World Market and they no longer carry this. Who new I would find it at Amazon for the best price.
