They are very very very very easy to clean - even though they are not the "non-stick". I was scared to buy anything with Teflon since they are saying it can be very dangerous - so I bought these. The pots are heavy, but not too heavy, with great grip handles. Things cook beautifully and clean up is easy. I heard that vinegar would get rid of caked on food and it does!
