They have a great protein content and are low carb, which is great for our current exercise and diet routine. Contrary to what's listed above, it does *not* contain hydrogenated *anything.* However, we're a bit concerned with the Palm Oil and Palm Kernel oils, and were told by BNRG that this was the healthiest alternative for the chocolately coating on the outside and the inside filling that would remain solid at room temps.
