Then it went through some rough years where it got kind of tame and boring. Now, it's an ill fitting mix of new and old writers trying to be fresh and hip while being spoon fed by the car manufactures. The magazine lacks consistency, focus and any sort of clear vision as to what they're about. C&D mostly seems to print what the biggest manufactures ... It keeps you up to date with the latest developments and performances of the most popular automobiles. The reviews and the letters to the editor are right on. Rating: - No longer the magazine I grew up withC&D has really turned me off the last few years. It is more obvious than ever that this rag is for average people who buy average vehicles. The recent redesign is just plain ugly and should be tossed. There are much more interesting (and visually appealing) alternatives out there. Rating: - Used to be a great mag...Unfortunately, when Csebra...Casasba....Csabsbreaedads, er, forget it, Editor CC took over the reigns, the quality of the mag dropped with it.
