Editorial Review: Product Description: Dual Heat Settings - 750 and 1500 Watts / Adjustable Thermostat / AntiFreeze Setting / Fan-Only Setting / Cool Handle Amazon.com Review: No more worrying about overheating or starting a fire, a ceramic thermal cut-off mechanism shuts the heater down if it's accidentally tipped over or covered with curtains, blankets etc. A dual heat-flow setting makes it easy to regulate. Choose the "hi" setting for 1500 watts or the "lo" setting for 750 watts. And, an adjustable thermostat helps fine-tune temperatures and conserve energy. When winter is over, the fan operates without heat for summer cooling. A built-in handle and wide solid base ensures optimal stability and convenient portability. And, this quiet operator is perfect for any room in the house. An anti-freeze setting automatically turns on the heater when the temperature reaches 44 degrees Fahrenheit. --Brian Olson Average Rating:
![]() Rating: - fan heaterA wonderful little heater, just the right temperture you need to keep warmDeLonghi DFH132 SafeHeat Fan Heater Rating: - So quiet and Perfect! In summer, I freeze at work due to excessive Air conditioning and in winter due to lack of required heating. I desperately needed something to make me feel warm. I read reviews on Amazon and decided to go with this one. I love this heater, it is small and very effective. Its unbelievably quiet and perfect for office use. Rating: - Warm, VERY quiet, warming my feet in cold office (in August!)I could work in the middle of the burning hot desert, and I would have an air conditioner vent set on "Arctic Winter" over desk. Where I work, I have three of them, one more breezy-freezy than the rest, so I asked about space heater policies. Thankfully we did not have one, and I set out to find a small under-the-desk size heater. This seemed to fit the bill with variable usage (750 & 1500 watts) and a thermostat-like setting. I was hoping for a discrete black one that would kind of disappear ... Read More Rating: - Good while it lastedThis little space heater was good while it lasted. It warmed up my little bathroom in the spring. It wasn't hot to the touch so it lived up to it's name: SafeHeat. However, the thing died after a mere 5 months. I tried unplugging it for a day and switching it on again but it refuses to work at all. While the product wasn't crazy expensive, it's still a waste of $15. It's not worth the cost of shipping it back. I will not buy this product again. Rating: - nice little heaterI agree this can be hard to tell what the setting is and it kicks off very quickly at times. It is effective, though, and I just have to turn up the setting to keep it running. Browse for similar items by category:
