Editorial Review: Description: Sunny Honeypossum wants to fly, Bobby Bushbaby wants to help, and Balzac de Chameleon knows just which fascinating feathered creatures to tell them about. When Sunny finds a weird-looking pod hanging from a branch, Uncle Balzac de Chameleon explains it's a pupa - a sort of "sleeping bag" where a caterpillar becomes a butterfly in a big change called "metamorphosis". Curiosity leads Sunny and Bobby on an exploration of other big-change artists, such as frogs, mosquitoes, dragonflies, and more. Meanwhile, animated Francisco Flamingo flaps in with a fascinating "Flamingo Fact" about the salamander's big change, the count-to-ten "Number Dance", and the reggae beat of "Things Are Always Changing". Plus, "Who's That Living in the Water?" sneaks a peek at swimming sea otters and "Animal Doo-Wop" introduces the fun of rock 'n roll phonics. Each GeoKids puppet character is based on a real animal - Sunny, the Australian honey possum; Bobby, the African bush baby; and Uncle Balzac, a chameleon from Madagascar. Created by Emmy winner Hank Saroyan of Jim Henson's Muppet Babies, GeoKids is certain to entertain and enrich the whole family. Average Rating:
![]() Rating: - Bobby's VoiceI see that Julianne Buescher is not in this movie. I believe Kevin Carlson is playing Bobby. Rating: - Loads of fun, great songs, and lots of cool informationOur kids have loved watching this and the few other GeoKids videos for years. The three main characters (Sunny, Bobby, and Uncle Balzak) are entertaining personalities fun to watch all on their own. Then add some great songs, and the depth of information and quality animal video footage you would expect from National Geographic, and you have a combination you can't beat. Fun!
