Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Definitely worth producing on DVD!
Several years ago we taped this on VHS when it aired on the Disney Channel. The tape was watched so many times, it had to be thrown away a long time ago! This was one of my brothers and I's favorites, and now that my children are entering their school-age years, I'd love for them to see this. However, we definitely would like this on DVD--so it lasts for generations to come!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Classic Dog Lover's Movie
This is a classic dog lover's movie that you'll want to see again and again--and even pass down to the next generation. Our copy is wearing out from use! For a great companion read to this movie for both kids and adults order "Chips a Hometown Hero" Chips: A Hometown Hero about the real Chips in WW II.

I just want to add one more thing to the reviews. Please put this movie

on DVD before it is lost for good!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Excellent for young Dog Lovers

It's a great kids movie and maybe has one cuss word throughout the movie. It's NOT a war movie. If you love Dogs you'll enjoy this movie. The war scenes ... Read More

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Um......am I the only one who noticed....
The first thing that bothers me about this movie is that its about a real dog that fought in WWII but everything about this movie is largly fictional. As I have done in other reveiws I will list my main problems below

1. Unrealistically low casualties. When watching the landing on Sicily, my brother and I could only count three causualties, one of whome was a dog. And its the same way with the other battle scene: there's lots of shooting but no one gets hit. It doesn't do the war justice. ... Read More
