Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Christmas "Magic" fun
Don't take this movie too seriously and you'll just love it. I've watched it every year for years. I agree that it should be released on DVD; the prices for VHS are too high for a medium that tears up easily. The storyline, about a singing star who escapes back to the area she came from to get away from showbiz, is cute but it's Dolly who makes the part. Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Great Movie
This is a great christmas movie, it was a little expensive and I was a little disappointed because it was an old video rental movie and for the price I paid I wish it was a better quality, but it's a great movie, and I would buy it again if I had to.

I agree, this is a great family movie. My mother introduced it to me when I was just a little girl. Now we look forward to seeing it every year. Although, they don't play it as often anymore. Good news for those looking for it. I found it on DVD, online, and dirt cheap just today!
