![]() Rating: - One of the best kickboxing tapes out thereI didn't think much of this set when I received it as a gift a few months ago -- but after having used it numerous times I can definitively say it's one of the best I've seen. Precise yet not too detailed or uncustomizable instruction, and a healthy but not ridiculous pace -- this tape is suitable for everyone. Rating: - Love Larry LamXKO is my favorite kickbox video. I need good music and fast pace to keep my interest. This is it. I went to his web site and sent an e-mail and learned his next video comes out Summer 2003. I think it could use more kicks tho coz that's what really gets my heart rate up. I like high quality production tapes like The Firm, so I appreciate the way XKO is done... and it has good music to boot! The ... The moves are easy, and fortunately the instructor is very articulate and focuses on proper movement and safety. The workout is excellent, as is the bonus tape with the lower body workout. If you are sick of Tae Bo and looking for an alternative, this is it! Browse for similar items by category:
