The main flaw of this book is that the title does not accurately reflect the information presented in the book. -There is only a short, but detailed section on separating hydrogen and oxygen from water. -Fails to bridge the technical gap between "water powered engines", those that seperate water just prior to combustion, and "hydrogen engines" those that ...
