I checked this book out from the library and decided I had to have it! It sits out on my counter most of the time. Many of the recipes are made with staples that I keep in my pantry and refrigerator. I can grab it and throw together a quick, delicious dinner after work and get away from the boring old standbys that I usually use when I'm too tired to think.

this book was described as very good condition with a page corner turned and it came in just that description. it arrived in less than 2 weeks and has a lot of fast and simple recipes. thank you.

This book is excellent - I now have four South Beach Diet Cookbooks and this is by far the best, easiest, and quickest recipes. Everything I have tried has been easy to follow and yummy.
