Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Comprehensive though limited in depth.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - I love this book!
This is my favorite real estate book. It covers all the basics and leaves you wanting more. If you want to get into commercial real estate, especially the finance end of it, I would highly, highly recommend this book.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Comprehensive Real Estate Overview
Real Estate Principles is an extremely readable, easy to follow introductory text to Real Estate. The book is well laid out with many excellent examples and studded with references to superb websites. The graphics are great and the exhibits well thought out.

The 'Time Value' of money section is one of the best I've ever read and will help the novice understand this critical aspect of real estate finance/analysis.

The Appraisal chapters thoroughly cover the market, cost and ... Read More
