I made the peanut butter banana bread yesterday with the addition of dark, organic chocolate bits I cut up from some chocolate bars. It was excellent. I have a habit of changing recipes. It's constitutionally impossible for me to follow anyone else's recipe to the letter. When I made the PB bread I used whole spelt flour, as that's my normal baking flour. It still ... But it's a great find. Because my kids will actually eat the chinese noodles with pork in this really smooth peanut sauce. I remember Barbara Walters really liked the Vietnamese wrap things.
