Along with "The Ethnographic Interview", this is a mainstay of field anthropologists and should be read by anyone who wants to gain a true understanding of the issues facing an Anthropologist (social). As an anthropologist working in business I have gone back to this text again and again to refocus and aid in explaining to others what I can, or actually do.
